DECREE AND DECLARE

This exhortation was given to a young woman in a visitation from Jesus in August of 1996

"Give up - No! See these things as I see them"

Deuteronomy 28

If you will listen diligently to the voice of the Lord your God, being watchful to do all His commandments which I command you this day, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you if you heed the voice of the Lord your God.

You are the child of the Most High God - you can decree and declare that to come to pass as you say and it will come to pass as you say. You are now flesh of his flesh, bone of his bone and BLOOD OF HIS BLOOD.

You have authority in me (Christ Jesus). Just as Paul (and many others) did so - they declared something into being and it was so. They said with their mouths - decreeing that into existence and it was so - not because they say so but because we together agreed. When you see me you see the Father (John 12:45). He and I are one. You and I are one. The Holy Ghost lives in you. When you declare something, in alignment with the Father's will, and you speak it out of your mouth, declaring it into existence, decreeing it to be so - it is (1) you, (2) the Holy Spirit, (3) I (Jesus), (4) and the Father who speaks it with you - who in reality Declares it and Decrees it with you. You must not faint - but believe. All of us - together make a whole. If one of us (human) gives up, doubts, faints, declares it foolishly, then we are no longer a whole declaring any one thing. The whole is no longer a whole. Therefore, nothing is decreed/declared into existence.

Open your mouth and we will fill it. The natural, the spirit, the principalities, the forces have no option - it must be so. Learn to decree and declare.

The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that you settest thine hand to; and he shall bless the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee. (Deuteronomy 28:8)

Tell me you do not set your hand to this one thing and I will rebuke it, I will cast it away. But also tell me what you do set your hands to and I will grant it - say it is so (declare and decree) and by your birthright given to you upon your rebirth (salvation) it will be so. Tell me, my beautiful, tell me that you are in pain and I will ease it - tell me, my beautiful, that you are alone and I will bring you a multitude of comfort - tell me, my dearest, that you have set yourself to ask for one thing and I will grant it. I love you I wish you not pain, suffering or loneliness.

Write it to me. Sing it to me. Give it to me in poetry. Place it before me and I will grant it. (Habakuk 2:2). Tell my ears what your heart desires. Tell me what it is you wish to see (happen). Relay it to me however way you wish - I WILL hear you.

I will come into agreement with you - take the word the Father has given you - write "the vision" and bring it to me just as you did as a child putting a list on the Christmas tree. You were sure to write which toy, the manufacturer, the color, the exact one and you brought it to the place (Christmas tree) for answering. Write it as if you were a child. Write to me what it is you want. What kind. All the glorious details. Let me know this will make you happy and it will be so. Declare it to be yours. Set your heart on it and I will present it to you on that day. You will open the gift I give to you and your heart will be happy and with your heart will my heart be happy also.

Take three sheets of paper. The first write on it all that you have lost. The second is to be left blank until the sheet's appointed time. The third piece of paper you will write on it that as you declare/decree it to be. Claim it, in the name of Jesus, in accordance to your birthright - Set your hand to it - Decree it - Declare it
